Super Bill

Welcome to the AllMed PM Tutorial!

Today, we will explore the Superbill feature and learn how to set it up. It's a straightforward process, so let's get started.

Accessing the Superbill:

  • Option 1: Go to the Reports section and select "Patients." You'll find the Superbill there.
  • Option 2: Access it through the Patients Database by selecting a patient.
  • Option 3: Access it via the Schedules section if you have a schedule for the day.

Setting up the Superbill:

  1. Click on Setup and go to the Superbill section.
  2. Create a Diagnosis Group:
    • Click Add and name the group (e.g., "Demo Superbill").
    • Add desired diagnoses by selecting specific codes or a range.
    • Click OK to proceed.
  3. Modify Group Descriptions:
    • Click on Edit Group to update the description that will be printed on the Superbill.
  4. Set up Procedure Groups:
    • Create sample groups as examples.
    • Click OK to save your changes.

Running the Superbill:

  1. Go to the Reports section, select Patients, and click on Superbill.
  2. Customize the Superbill's appearance:
    • Choose to display provider info or company info in the header section.
    • For new patients, an empty form will be printed for manual patient information input.
    • Include the patient's last visit details, if desired.
  3. Run the Superbill with different options:
    • Select "Last Visit" or make specific ICD-10 code selections to customize content and appearance.

Selecting Groups and Columns:

  • Choose which groups to include in the Superbill.
  • Configure the arrangement of groups by selecting desired columns (up to three).
  • Group descriptions appear in bold text at the top; you can rename them as needed.
