By accessing or using the AllMed PM website at allmedpm.com or our medical billing software ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of AllMed PM, LLC ("AllMed PM," "we," "us," or "our").
Description of Services
AllMed PM provides medical practice management and billing software designed for medical billing professionals, small practices, and billing companies. Our Services include software licensing, cloud-hosted access, technical support, and related services.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations, including HIPAA
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our software, servers, or networks
- Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Use the Services to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your access to our Services to any third party without our written consent
- Use our Services in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems
SMS Terms of Service
Text Message Communications
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from AllMed PM, LLC. This includes SMS messages for:
- Technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Appointment scheduling confirmations and reminders
- Account notifications and software updates
- Customer service follow-up
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Payment and Subscription Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on an annual or monthly basis depending on the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, logos, and materials on our website and in our software are the exclusive property of AllMed PM, LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software solely for your internal business purposes during your subscription period. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of our software.
Privacy

Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AllMed PM does not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
AllMed PM is a billing software tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical billing advice, compliance review, or legal counsel. You are solely responsible for ensuring your billing practices comply with applicable laws and payer requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllMed PM, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AllMed PM, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to our Services or other users.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
