Quick Procedure Setup

Procedures are the billing codes you charge for on a claim.

For your first claim, you only need one simple procedure.
You are not locking anything in.

Import a Procedure Code (Recommended)

AllMed PM includes a built-in library of procedure codes.

When you first open Procedures, the list may appear empty.
That’s normal.

To add codes quickly:

1. Go to Setup → Procedures
2. Click Import
3. Select your specialty code group
4. Choose one or two common codes
5. Click OK
   

The selected codes are now available for use.

Set Only What You Need

For your first claim, enter:

• Procedure code
• Description
• Fee
• Everything else can wait.

Important to Know

AllMed PM is flexible:

• Procedures can be edited at any time
• Fees can be overwritten on the claim
• Billing can vary by insurance or situation

Once a procedure has been used on a claim, it cannot be deleted.
If you no longer need it, mark it Inactive or create a new one.

Keep Moving

Add one procedure, save it, and continue to the next step.

You can always refine procedures later.
