What You Can Skip for Now

You do not need to complete these tabs to print your first claim:

  • Billing Provider (Box 33)
  • Pay to Address
  • Pay to P.O. Box
  • Insurance ID

These are used when:

  • Billing under a business instead of an individual
  • Using payer-specific IDs
  • Handling advanced billing scenarios

We’ll set these up later.

Important to Know

  • Rendering and Billing Provider can be the same
  • Provider data can be edited at any time
  • Nothing here is locked in
  • Incomplete or guessed data causes rejections — accuracy matters more than speed

Save and Continue

Click Save once the top section is complete.

You can now:

  • Assign the provider to a patient
  • Create a claim
  • Continue setup
